About Michael Faith Michael brings his yogic philosophical background to his work, which is approached from the framework of conscious non-violence. Michael practices yoga and meditation in a style that reflects the evolution of his study of Vinyasa, Anusara yoga and Buddhism. Michael's yoga classes revolve around a philosophical or structural/pose theme, making each week A fresh, vibrant, and fun new experience. In Michael's Words... Yoga itself is not a miracle or cure-all, nor is it easy. You'll work hard in my classes, but what transpires - if you do the work - can be quite miraculous. The alchemy of your desire to work and create along with Yoga's healing potential are the ingredients that create the conditions for miracles to unfold. There is an amazing capacity within each of us to re-route our lives, fine-tune our focus and drive, as well as to burn away what is no longer needed.
